The world wants it fast. New and fast. New, fast and cheap. New, fast, cheap, pretty, disposable and delicious.

How apt that in world full of disposable creations, where nothing lasts, nothing will last.

Nothing will be left for history, we are not archival stable.

I make the art worlds $2 double cheeseburgers.

No conservation required.

Just delete it,  your hard drives full you need to make room for Christmas.

The first piece of yours I saw was the Matisse. I am a quilter/fiber artist and have been designing a series of fabric interpretations of some of the great painters, Matisse's Le Madame being one of them. I have always loved pixelated art (must be the quilter in me) and of course I love quilt blocks so I'm enamoured with your granny series. Your work is wonderful and inspires me to get going on my own project. Keep up the fabulous work!
